Ode to Bea

We have a history of pink blankets in my family. Each one had it's own special name, from Blankie to Pinky the 'Loved. Eden got her blanket from aunt Jeffi for Christmas in 2006 and was excited from the get go. She named it Bea and she loves it so much I had to do a post about it.

Bea is always there for nap time and bedtime and any time Eden is feeling sad. She's supposed to leave Bea in the crib (or at least her bedroom) but lately she's been sneaking Bea out of the room to cuddle. She tried to smuggle Bea to church with her last Sunday. We have a Mini Bea to take around with us but it just isn't quite the same.
Eden gets worried every time Bea has to take a 'bath' and she asks about her constantly while she is in the washer and dryer. Fortunately, there is always a happy reunion when she is done, and just like Eden, she is cleaner and softer and smells better. What would we do without Bea?
